Sammie gets right for summer with his first new record of the year, following his stellar 2016 EP, I’m Him.
The R&B crooner brings the perfect groove to get fans on the dance floor with his Afrobeat-styled new banger, “Bad Gal.” Over an island-flavored riddim, Sammie sings out to his latest love interest while they grind together in a club.
“Grip your waist / While you put it in my face / I’ll keep up, I love the pace / I love the taste,” he sings. “God lose control / While you jump up on my pole / Baby gal you’re on my soul / You’re the one I chose to know.”
Sammie just recently announced that he will be supporting fellow R&B star Tank on the “Savage Tour,” which kicks off September 5 in Nashville and will hit cities such as Atlanta, New York, Boston, Cleveland and more before culminating on September 27 in Pittsburgh, PA.
“Bad Gal” is the first single off his upcoming third album and first independent offering via Star Camp Music/EMPIRE, slated for a fall release.
